A workspace dashboard refers to a space that contain summary of the activities within a workspace. You can find the latest task that assigned to you, latest news, events, storage usage and workspace's statistic information.
- What is a project dashboard?
A project dashboard refers to a space that contain summary of the activities within a project. You can find the latest task that assigned to you, latest project news, project events, project's statistic information and scorecard that indicate your project status.
- How to customize and personalize my workspace homepage?
You can click on "Edit" button on the top right of your homepage. You can drag and move each section within the page and add/remove a section. Once saved, these setting will be load accordingly on next page visit. To restore the default setting, simply click on "Default" button.
- What does the scorecard means in my project dashboard?
This scorecard indicates whether your project is on track or off track. There are TWO(2) KPI which represent the project budget status and pending task status. A red light indicates you may have a project risk if you do not take appropriate actions immediately. On the other hand, your project is on track if you see green light in your scorecard.

light turn to Red, Yellow or Green?
For Expenses KPI:
RED - Indicate actual expenses are more than 66% of the project budget
YELLOW - Indicate actual expenses are less than 66% but more than 33% of the project budget
GREEN - Indicate actual expenses are less than 33% of the project budget
For Task Status KPI:
RED - Indicate overdue tasks are more than 66% of the pending tasks
YELLOW - Indicate overdue tasks are less than 66% but more than 33% of the pending tasks
GREEN - Indicate overdue tasks are less than 33% of the pending tasks
