Contact Management shares workspace member, customer and supplier contacts among the entire organization. It does allow user to share contact information and activities of customers and partners at organization-wide level in corporate workspace.
- Who can view the contacts information?
All corporate workspace members are allowed to view the contact information. A project member can only view member's contact information of the same project. For contacts in individual workspace, it's only accessible by workspace owner.
- What is "Contact's Activity" in contacts management?
Contact's activity is another feature where you can keep track activities between you and your customers. You can publish your activities and view it in the online event calendar.
- Where can I
update my contact information?
You can update your personal contact information under the "Setting" module in Corporate workspace. Click "My Profile" to edit you personal contact information.
