Enhancement on Task and Document to support multiple attachments

Function/Changes:

• Task and document modules can now support unlimited attachments with capabilities to upload up to 5 attachments at the one time.
• The file size of each attachment will be shown just next to the attached file.

Enhancement on Task with re-assign capability

Menu Path:

Function/Changes:

• User can now re-assign their current task on hand to other user. This feature is very useful when a user needs to transfer the task ownership to other project team members.
• To re-assign a task, click "Re-Assign" button and select the responsible user to continue.
