An email notification will be sent to the task’s creator whenever a task is completed.
Users can now set the milestone status to either Active or Blocked. Once a milestone status is set to Blocked, it will not appear in the milestone drop down list during task creation.

Task planning is now a module by itself for better visibility and user experience.

Introducing the Recent Activities Log

Users can now find out all the recent activities happened in the entire workspace or a particular project with just a glance at the Recent Activities segment available both in workspace and project dashboard.

Note:

If user can't view the "Recent Activities" segment in the workspace or project dashboard, they will have to edit the dashboard and add the web part by clicking on the "Edit" button available next to the "Go To My Project" drop down list.

Users are able to populate a set of sample data during the initialization stage of a new project. These sample data contains sample tasks, documentations, user groups and categories which allow users to speed up their learning process and understand AJAXWorkspace features and functionalities in a timely fashion.
There are 3 sets of sample data for industries such as Consultancy Firm, Retailer and Software QC.
