Menu Path:Workspace - Top Navigation Bar
Function/Changes:
"Task", "Events" and "Document" are group in to single menu called "Overview". This will minimize the confusing between overview contents and project contents. Meanwhile, blue theme layout was redesign to improve user visibility.

Function/Changes:
This features allows user to check the latest content created in various location such as "Task", "Events", "Document", "Discussion", "File" and "Expenses".

Enhancement on News
Menu Path:Workspace - News
Function/Changes:
New "Create News" button added to allow users create news via news section. News change to sort order by last updated date time. User can upload thumbnail picture as front page news.

- Only apply to Corporate Workspace, overview News.
Enhancement on File Sharing
Menu Path:Project - Files - Item View
Function/Changes:
File's folder added in item view.

Enhancement on Task
Menu path:Project - Tasks
Function/Changes:
We enhanced task management features as below:
- New "Attachment" field added to let users upload file to the specific task.
- New "Copy" button added to let users create new task from the existing task.
- Users are allow to reject a task in a Accomplished and Reviewed stage. This is not possible in our previous release.
- Added Filtering on Task Status and Task Type.
Note:
- Please click "Add" button to upload an attachment when editing a task. "Save" button will only save task comment but not upload an attachment.
Enhancement on Event
Menu path:Project - Events
Function/Changes:
Event categorization let user to define classify their event in into different category. Project owner can manage event category in Project - Dashboard - Project Settings - Categorization. When creating a new event, user able to choose the event's category accordingly.

- Only project owner allow to manage event's categories.
Enhancement on Discussion Board
Menu path:Project- Discussion
Function/changes:
Project owner able to delete a topic in discussion board. Click on the "Delete" button in discussion detail to delete the topic.

Note:
- Only project owner can delete a topic.
Number of record per page display in data table
Menu path:Settings/My Account
Function/changes:
Users able to set number of record per page to be display in data table via Settings/My Account menu path. By default, 25 records per page will be display in all data table.

Export data features

Function/changes:
Users able to export data to CSV file in task, document, discussion, files and project expenses. Click on the
button save the data in CSV format.
