- How many numbers of projects can I create in a Corporate Workspace?
Our current free services allow you to create maximum three projects.
- How to add member into a project in Corporate Workspace?
Corporate workspace allows you to add workspace's member directly to your project. Make sure you add user in the control panel before you can invite them to your project.
- Can I add member from different Corporate Workspace to my project?
No, you only can add your own workspace members. To do this, you have to sign up our individual workspace solution.
- What is the maximum users can I add to a project?
The maximum number is 10 users, which is the maximum workspace members.

- How many numbers of projects can I create in an Individual Workspace?
Our current free services allow you to create maximum two projects.
- I created a project, what is next?
You can go to "Project setting" to add in project categories. Then, you can start to invite your teammates to join your project.
- How to invite member into a project in Individual Workspace?
You need to enter user's email address or their Individual Workspace ID. System will send out an invitation email containing necessary information like project ID and invitation code.
- What is the process if I wish to invite my teammate to my project who is not an Individual Workspace's member yet?
After you sent out the invitation, your teammates will receive necessary information to guide them to sign up as Individual workspace's members. Once they login to their homepage, there should see a link "1 project invitation(s) received." Under quick start section. They can follow the link to join the project. If they sign up using different email address, they have to join the project via project ID and invitation code.
- Why my teammate does not receive any invitation mail?
This is probably block by their mail server or sent to their junk mail folder. Please make sure they add support@ajaxworkspace.com email to their contact list in order to receive mail from us.
- How can I check my invitation's status?
You can easily check the invitation status via "Projects"->"Members" -> "View invitation status"
- What is project ID and invitation code and how to use it?
This information is important for a user to join your project. User can enter project ID and invitation code in "Projects"->"Join a project"-"Join a project by invitation code" and click on "Search" button. If the code matches, they can click on the accept button to join your project.
- How to join a project when I receive an invitation from AJAXWorkspace?
First, login to your individual workspace. If you are not yet a member, please proceed to sign up first. It is free. We recommend you use the same email address as your individual workspace ID. Once login to your homepage, you will see a link "1 project invitation(s) received." Under quick start section. You can follow the link to join the project. If you sign up using different email address, you have to join the project via project ID and invitation code.
- What is the project expire date and what will happen if my project pass the date?
A project in individual workspace will expire after specific date. When your project expires, it will become read-only mode. This mean that you only can read the data but not able to add/edit project's content. However, you can reactivate the project in order to set it back to active mode anytime. This is part of the term and condition apply to Individual workspace in order to efficiency allocate our resources.
- What is the maximum users can I add to a project?
Our current free services allow you to add up to 5 users to a project.
- How to add member above the limit?
