1. What will happen if I want to upgrade to another plan before my existing plan expires?
Say, you have subscribed for a Standard package for a subscription period of 1 year, 5 months ago. Now, you want to upgrade to Professional package on the 1st day of the 6th month. The calculation is shown below:
Standard package for a year = USD 40 x 12 months = USD 480
** Charges for 5 months usage = USD 40 x 5 months = USD 200
Total unused balance = USD 40 x 7 months = USD 280
Professional package for the remaining 7 months = USD 110 x 7 = USD 770
Difference that you will need to top up = USD 770 – USD 280 = USD 490
Once we are done with the calculation. Our billing department executive will be in contact with you via email on the difference that you need to top-up. Upgrade will only be done once your payment is received by us.
(** Usage charges include the day when you send a notification of upgrade to AJAXWorkspace. Any month in a year will be considered as 30 days for ease of calculation when it comes to charges per day.)
2. Can I do a downgrade of service?
Yes, you may downgrade your service after your current package has reached its expiration date. It is not advisable to do any downgrading before the expiration date as AJAXWorkspace WILL NOT REFUND any amount caused by downgrading of service.
3. I have signed up for a Corporate Workspace during the promotional period which allows 10 free users, what will happen to these 10 active users if I upgrade to a basic package?
Do not worry. Your workspace storage will still be upgraded to 1GB and these 10 users will still be allowed to access your workspace and enjoy using our service courtesy of AJAXWorkspace to thank you for being with us from day one. But you will no longer be allowed to add more user as basic package only allows a maximum of 5 users. To add more users, please upgrade to any package which support more than 10 users per workspace. |
