- Is AJAXWorkspace reliable and secure?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your confidential information safe and secure. We provide you with 99.99% uptime guarantee. We use server clusters with redundant data storage, firewall protection, redundant connections to the Internet, and on-site security at our state-of-the-art data center ensuring that your data is protected, backed up and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Is my data safe and not accessible by other AJAXWorkspace user?
The AJAXWorkspace architecture is design with state-of-the-art methodology that provide maximum secure and confidential to your data. Only your workspace user can view your data. We can even set the permission down to project scope. This means that only project members are allow to access their project specific data.
- Can we install AJAXWorkspace on our own server?
We don't offer installable versions of AJAXWorkspace at this time. We manage the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements. Meanwhile, we are working on an installable version for heavy usage users. However, we highly recommend you to use our hosted services so you don't have to worry about anything.
- Do you provide phone support?
We do not provide support over the phone at this moment. However, we provide unlimited support via email to our customers. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. Alternatively, you can submit your queries to our support forum.
- Is AJAXWorkspace available in other languages besides English?
AJAXWorkspace is only available in English at this moment. We will consider adding in more translations of the interface at a future date.
- Do you have an affiliate or reseller program?
We do not have a reseller program since this services is free at this moment. However, we will have a popular affiliate program once we launch our paid services. We will update the details here once the program started.
