- What is storage limit?
It shows how much free space you can use in your project or workspace. Uploading file to "File" section and adding attachment in an online document will count as storage usage.
- Is my file store securely?
Your file do not store in public web folder. It was stored in a hidden secure path which only accessible by our system. When you request to download a file, our engine will read the file from the secure patch and send it to you. No one can simply type in the URL in browser to get your file.
- Where can I create folder?
You can create folder in "Project Setting" under "Project Dashboard". Only project owner are able to create folder.
- Can I upload the same file name?
Yes, system does not overwrite the old file. It will auto rename your file to a higher version. E.g. you already uploaded "Requirements.doc" file. If you upload the same file name again, it will auto rename to "Requirements(2).doc"
- Who can edit or delete a file?
Only file owner and project owner are able to edit or deleting a file. Project members only allow on downloading the file.
- What is going to happen if I reach the storage limit?
In this case, you cannot upload any more files. You can either delete the old file or change to a higher plan, which contain bigger storage limit.
- Can I check who downloaded a specific file?
Yes, you can click on the download log icon to check who downloaded the specific file.
