- What is Contacts Management?
Contact Management shares workspace member, customer and suppliers contacts among your organization. It does allow user to share contact info and activities for customers and partners among the entire organization in corporate workspace. For individual workspace, contacts will be confidential and only accessible by workspace owner.
- Who can view the contacts information?
All corporate workspace members are allowed to view the contact information. A project member can only view member's contact information in the same project. For contacts in individual workspace, it's only accessible by workspace owner.
- What is "Contact's Activity" in contacts management?
Contact's activity is another feature where you can keep track activities between you and your customers. You can publish your activities and view it in the online event calendar.
- Where can I update my contacts information?
You can update you contact in "My Account" in individual workspace and "Setting" in corporate workspace. Click "My Profile" to edit you contact information.
