Function/Changes:
Here are the list of minor usability changes in version 1.1.3.
- All drop down list use to filter data in table list are now support save state features. This means that system will automatic remember last selected member. When user revisit the same page, system will auto select the last used member and apply the data filtering.
- Status's color are now set to Green and Red.
Green color represent action completed without error.
Red color represent error occur.

Enhancement on Tasks Management
Menu Path:
Project - Tasks
Function/Changes:
We enhanced task management features as below:
- New "Milestone" field added to let users link a task to specific project milestone. Project milestone can be define in "Project setting - Milestone"
- New "Completed" field added to let users set the completion percentage for a specific task. System will auto set this field to 0% when the task was rejected and set 100% when the task was completed.
- New "Related Task" field added to let user link to other relevant task. This allow user quickly navigate to other task which is related to each other.
Note:
- Only project owner allow to access "Project Setting - Milestone"
Enhancement on Documents Management

Function/Changes:
New "Reply" feature was added to documents management. Users are allow to reply and document or news with this new feature. User can click on "Reply" button to reply a specify document. At the same time, users are able to view the relevant replied document via "Replies" button as show as below.
Note:
- "Replies" button is visible only when someone reply to the specific document.
Enhancement on Files Management

More file type icons are added to support various type of file. Small icons are used instead of text for file type column under "
Grid view".

Reports are enhanced to allow user to click and see the all related tasks from the report. This mean that user can click on the number appear in the report and redirect
to see all the tasks that fall under the status and filtering. This enhancement only apply to "
Current
Status By Task", "
Pending Action By User & Type" and
"
Pending Action By User" reports.
